Walk-in Freezers
Quality walk-in freezers in both bespoke and standard sizes are produced by United Cooler®. Our standard sized freezers are part of our QUICKSHIP program and usually ship within 3-5 business days. If you are in need of a custom sized unit we can build to your specifications and generally ship within 3 weeks.
Walk-in freezers made by United Cooler® are simple to install and as simple to move or expand.Our freezers are comprised of panels with 4" insulating cores, inner and outer metal skins, and cam-action locking mechanisms. Our heavy-duty gaskets and cam-action locking mechanisms from U.S. Cooler® create an airtight seal between panels to stop any air intrusion.
R-value, or the resistance to heat transfer through an item, is frequently used to assess the insulation quality of walk-in coolers. Since the implementation of EISA on January 1, 2009, all walk-in manufacturers are required to have freezers with an R-value of at least R-32. All walk-in freezers and coolers bearing the United Cooler® brand meet or exceed EISA energy efficiency standards.
